The Project

Managing Google reviews manually can be difficult, especially when a business has multiple locations. Repopilot.ai was developed to make this work easier. Xportsoft Technologies build a platform that brings Google review management, AI-powered replies, sentiment analysis, and multi-location management together in one place. Businesses can view customer feedback, check and edit AI-generated replies before publishing them, track patterns in customer sentiments and take actions based on what their customers are saying.  

The Design

Our team designed a clean, easy-to-use dashboard where businesses can check Google reviews, customer sentiments, and manage replies for multiple locations without jumping between different screens. The layout keeps all the important information within reach and makes everyday tasks quicker and easier for users. 

The Development

We developed Repopilot.ai using Node.js and MongoDB. The platform also incorporates an AI-powered reply generation system, allowing users to review, edit and publish responses to Google reviews. We also worked on the development of sentiment analysis and multi-location management features, helping businesses understand customer feedback and manage Google reviews across different locations with ease. The aim behind the platform was to help businesses save time and make managing Google reviews super easier.
